Wishing you Merry Christmas and a Prosperous 2025

Well, it has certainly been a busy 2024.

Reflecting on the year just gone, there has been some mixed results. The galloping market of early ’23 slowed down and it has take a while to regain momentum.

The key takeaway is that whilst sales volume has decreased, prices have held fairly firm. There has been no crash; perhaps a small correction in peoples’ expectations, but little more than that.

As we go into 2025 I expect more of the same, with perhaps an increase in sales volume as the current backlog is steadily cleared. It is certainly a great time to purchase, with a stable market preceding what may be a steady longer-term growth.

I take this opportunity to thank all my clients, buyers and sellers, and wish you all the very best of the season.

I am humbled by the patience and goodwill shown to me in a sometimes-challenging market and am determined to continue getting best-outcome results for all.
