HOW WE PLAN TO SERVE YOU
It is not business as usual right now, that’s for sure. The COVID-19 pandemic is creating a level of uncertainty that none of us has experienced.
The agriculture sector we service is essential business.
We would like to take this opportunity to let you know that we will be doing everything we can ensure the services we provide to our rural property clients, both sellers and buyers continue.
To do this, we will be modifying our delivery.
As a small business, we can quickly adapt and observe any government and any common-sense restrictions to movement, social interaction and conduct of business.
Please don’t stop getting on the phone for a chat or dropping us an email about buying or selling rural property.
Our clients’ health and safety are paramount in the way we conduct business.
Due to social distancing regulations, we won’t shaking hands or standing close to you. When it comes to conducting property appraisals and buyer inspections, we ask that you have your own vehicle available for a tag-along inspection. If you’ve got a UHF radio, please bring that along too.
Obviously, we won’t require anyone to do anything that is outside government directives, and we won’t insist anyone do anything they’re uncomfortable with. If you don’t want people in your home on your farm, then that’s what we will work with.
The next few months will be like no other that any of us have experienced.
Three things, however, are certain
1. Now more than ever people are appreciating the comfort and benefits a rural lifestyle property offers
2. People will continue to eat, and while ever they do there will be sound business opportunities in agriculture in New England
3. At MacDougall Rural Property, we can and will adapt to the changing environment in which we operate.
Dan and I believe in the future prosperity of agriculture and the rural lifestyle right across Australia, especially our patch here in New England.
It may be that by the time you see this message, the rules have changed again, but the principles remain the same. By being able to quickly adapt, MacDougall Rural Property plans to continue servicing clients efficiently and safely for a long time yet.
So, if you are pondering the future, please, contact us to talk about it.
Stay safe and thank you for your time. We look forward to helping you continue life’s journey.
